WoAI in FS9 vs FSX

Featured Replies

Am a recent convert to FSX. Ran FS9 for years. No complaints. Re-installed all of my WoAI files to FSX. It has been a while since I ran FS9, but IIRC, at the beginning of the AC takeoff roll, the nose and landing lights would illuminate along with a spotlight pattern on the tarmac. With FSX, I am not seeing any spotlight pattern on the tarmac. There is a spotlight bmp file in my texture folder but I can't remember if it is the default file or a 3rd party one that I added.

Should I see a spotlight pattern in FSX with my WoAI AC?

Thanks

AFAIK the spotlights won't work in FSX, since the parameters are coded for FS9 only.
