project airbus vs. overland?

Featured Replies

I'm trying to decide which model to merge with the PSS panel for the A32X. Any suggestions. For the 321, I'll use overland because there isn't a pairbus 321 out, but for the 320 and 319 I'm trying to decide. From the sim point of view, the overland models have the advantage of having VC's.I'm no airbus expert, so I'd appreciate some feedback about the quality of the exterior model- which in your opinion is better and more realistic?thanks

I used to PAirbus for mine. Newer model and alot of available repaints. I'm a 2D flyer so didn't matter to me.And used the iFDG for the A321. I might think about the SMS for the A321 eventally but for now works fine.

Project Airbus overall is better than Overland, although Overland isn't bad. Main thing that sticks out to me are the enormous size of the wingtip fences for one example (Overland) but I mean, it's not a bad model by any means. One other advantage Project Airbus has overall is obviously it's freeware. One advantage for Overland/Simmer's Sky is that it includes a virtual cockpit.
