Pilot View plugin question

Featured Replies

Dear All,As it seems that no one is able to answer my very simple question on any Xplane forums I posted this so far I would like to ask for you kind help here also with my problem:I would wanna assign preset views to a joystick button . Is that feasible and if yes then how?Your assistance is much appreciated.Thank you,Alex

Hi Alex !What's your operating system ? I ask because I don't think you'll be able to assign a joystick button inside the Pilot View plugin. I may be wrong but I would not know how to do it. Did you contact the author of this plugin ?Else, a solution may be a tool that will make your joystick button execute a combination of keystrokes...Here's a tool for Windows: http://www.oneswitch.org.uk/2/I/JoyToKey/JoyToKey.htmI'm sure you can also find such tools for Mac and Linux.I don't know if it works, you'll have to test it. But I hope this will help.Best regards and happy flying ! :(
