July 30, 201015 yr Has anyone got the Tinnouse to work in FSX? I get an error in b732adv.gau and FSX crashes. Thanks, regards, Bob.
July 30, 201015 yr The aircraft model is compatible, but the panel is not. Bob Scott has not ruled out FSX development, however.

I hadn't heard that. Were did you hear this?If so, that could be a real game changer for the Tinmouse II, extending it's functional life.

I don't remember where I saw it. I googled Tinmouse. I already have the Tinmouse flying in FSX. I have used some other gauges that work in FSX. I have made three camera definitions (tail, right and left views) for myself for it. It works fine. It's a little sluggish taking off though. Regards, Bob.

Here is my addition to the aircraft.cfg adding the camera definitions. Just add it after the General section:[CameraDefinition.0]Title = "Tail"Guid = {919A52DE-E837-48d3-9BE4-4AAAD0C18F09}Description = Looking forward from behind the aircraftOrigin = CenterSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FALSEPanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FALSETrack = NoneShowAxis = FALSEAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = .75ShowWeather = YesInitialXyz = 0, 3.0, -33.0 InitialPbh = 10, 0, 0XyzAdjust = TRUECategory=AircraftMomentumEffect=TRUEClipMode=Minimum[CameraDefinition.1]Title = "Right Wing"Guid = {A63519C6-F228-48dc-9234-5F792C1A5558}Description = View from the right looking at the cockpitOrigin = CenterSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FALSEPanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FALSETrack = NoneShowAxis = FALSEAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = 0.45ShowWeather = YesInitialXyz = 22.9, 0.0, -9.5 InitialPbh = 0, 0, 290 XyzAdjust = TRUECategory=AircraftMomentumEffect = FALSEClipMode=Minimum[CameraDefinition.2]Title = "Left Wing"Guid = {AD1E89E4-1132-4c73-9AAE-DC5522081C71}Description = View from the left looking at the cockpitOrigin = CenterSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FALSEPanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FALSETrack = NoneShowAxis = FALSEAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = 0.45ShowWeather = YesInitialXyz = -22.9, 0.0, -9.5 InitialPbh = 0, 0, 70 XyzAdjust = TRUECategory=AircraftMomentumEffect = NoClipMode=MinimumI have used a lot of my payware and non-standard gauges in the panel plus I added a landing view thanks to a landing view BMP I was given by a friend which I do not have permission to post. The B732ADV gauge has problems in FSX due, I believe, to sound problems when certain of the sub gauges are called out. If you have FSPanelStudio it is just a straightforward gauge swapping to eliminate the B732ADV gauge callouts. The plane installs in FSX using the standard method of installing FS9 planes into FSX that have been posted here already. I have yet to determine why it is sluggish on takeoff. Regards, Bob.
