August 1, 201015 yr Hi all,I have a strange problem. Since yesterday suddenly all transparent buidings in each scenery have disappeared.I give you here the example of Brussels where the right terminal which is transparent has disappeared whereas the left one which is not remains visible. Anyone helping me in this issue would be great.(Win XP - FS2004 - AES) ThanksRob Rob
August 1, 201015 yr Have you changed FS9's scenery complexity sliders? Move them to the right and see if certain buildings reappear. Also, what have you installed recently? Anything at all, sim related or not. Mike...
August 1, 201015 yr Author Thanks, Mike, for your answer Have you changed FS9's scenery complexity sliders? Move them to the right and see if certain buildings reappear. No, all sliders were and are full to the right, except water textures (which is then automatic set low)Also, what have you installed recently? Anything at all, sim related or not.Nothing, as far as I remember.Kind regardsRob Rob
August 1, 201015 yr You could try reinstalling EBBR. Only parts of that terminal are transparent. Why would the entire thing disappear if this were a transparency problem? What happens if you move closer?Do you have some other examples. Mike...

August 1, 201015 yr Hmmm... See my LHBP (v1.50):Where are the transparent parts that are supposed to have disappeared?Could this be an AES problem? There's no terminal missing there it seems, only jetways, that could be AES territory. Are you sure you didn't do anything that could've caused this? Mike...
August 2, 201015 yr Author You are right, Mike. It's completely puzzling to me.I checked other scenery and as far as I could observe I didn't find any anomalies there. I was making the flight EBBR-LHBP on Saturday and discovered those two issues. I will look further. Anyway, I let you know if I eventually come up with a solution. Thanks Rob Rob
August 3, 201015 yr Author PROBLEM SOLVEDThere was a double definition of AES BASEPACK in the scenery.cfg file. (How that come I don't know). I installed AES 2.07 and it gave me this warning and the program repaired it. It was not a transparent issue as I thought first but an AES issue as Mike suggested.Rob Rob
