I can tune the ADF but the needle will not point to the station. Anyone else have this problem with the FS2004 185? I have talked to owners of the FSX version and they say it works.Sandy

I don't have the FS9 version, but check the ADF receiver and see if it has a functional "ANT" switch on it. If it does, and it's on, then you'll receive the station but the needle won't point. If that's the case, switch it from "ANT" to "ADF". Otherwise I can't tell you. Just make sure you are well in range of the station and that you can ID the station using the Morse Code identifier to confirm you are in fact receiving the station.

I have tried everything and still it is not working. I am not getting the station id (Morse Code). In real life I have flown ADF equipt aircraft since 1957, so I think I have a good idea how it works. The reason I posted was to see if it was modeled and if so was anyone having problems with it. I guess I will reload the aircraft and maybe the will fix the problem.Thanks for the reply,Sandy

Oh, ok. You didn't say that :(. Even then, a lot of people still don't know what the ANT setting does :(.Hope you solve the problem.
