July 24, 201114 yr Where do you turn down the turbulence in the settings when you download real weather? I have always preferred using real weather when flying in MSFS, and when I try X-Plane I just can't deal with it. I have a pretty low-capacity HDD and removed X-Plane months ago. I'd give it another shot if I can get a lot of the gyrations real weather causes ironed out. Don't get me wrong - I actually like a lot about X-Plane and I enjoy challenges in simming. Occasional turbulence would add to the immersion, but it's just too much, too often for my liking.I seldom use real weather, and zero out the winds.
