I hate doing this. I bought FSDT KDFW scenery for FS2004 on August 11. The download became corrupted and had an install issue. I thought no problem I will redownload and all would be wll. I hit the link in the email they sent when I bought it to redownload. Low and behold it says I exceeded my maximum amout of downloads???? I only downloaded once and that download was corrupted. I sent and email, no reply after a few days. Sent another one and again no replay after a few days. Go to join the support forum and have to wait for Admin approval first. Still waiting. Sent another email yesterday and no reply. Signed up again under the support forum and again waiting on admin approval to post there. I bought this 12 days ago and haven't been able to use it yet. I bought it thru pay pal. Should I just request a refund and buy the Blueprint Simulations KDFW. I never had any issues with support from them. I have been patient long enough. I'd rather do this in an email or their forum but they never respond or I can't get into their forum. I have my receipt, serial number, everything to prove I am a legit owner. I just don't have a working download. Can anybody help?

I don't know why they are not responding Jeff, have you checked your spam folder? Anyways they sent you an serial # code in an email for your product correct? All you need to do is go to the website and DL the fs9 version again from there product page, install it, then in the addon manager and enter your serial to activate it.
