August 25, 201015 yr Hi. I read on jetline systems that a 5870 outperforms the GTX470 by several frames :)A friend of mine got 5-10 fps increase by switching from a 5770 to a gtx460 btwSo what is better for FSX, the GTX 470 or the 5870?
August 26, 201015 yr ATI always had some difficulties with FSX.I recently had the opportunity to test the 5870 and the overall sharpness was less. Also the clouds where less crispy. For other games ATI cards will work fine. August 26, 201015 yr Author So GTX470 is better for FS despite what jetlinesystems say? Also can the 5870 perform at least like a gtx460 in FS?
