Just saw it a few minutes ago, the last DC-9-30 has landed I believe it was flight 9934 KGRB-KDTW. This is presumably the last DC-93 airline flight in the United States unless one gets thrown in as a substitute tomorrow. But for now after 43 years of airline service these great planes get to take a rest.

I haven't heard if the Navy will be grounding their C-9s (DC-9) or not, so it will be flying still, just not with commercial airlines.
