Airbus a300 panel problem

Featured Replies

Hi, I would really like to use Benoit Gaurant A300 panel (v.3.2) in FS9, but have some display difficulties that I can't seem to resolve. Has anyone the same problems - and managed to fix them somehow? I suspect the problem is that the panel was not designed for a widescreen monitor, because if I go into Window Mode then drag the window a little smaller, all the display errors disappear - it's not a gauge problem per se I think. Maybe someone would know how to fix this?I have posted some screenshots of the problems here:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/martinlest/a300-1.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/martinlest/a300-2.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/martinlest/a300-3.jpgThe first is the top of the FE panel. The second, the radio altimeter and OMI on the main flightdeck panel. The third is the engine start panel (Upper 2). You can see that parts of these are corrupt.I can get rid of the effects by disabling various gauge entries in the panel.cfg file, for instance in the main panel:'//gauge19=a30bgt32!bgaurant ralt_a300''//gauge25=a30bgt32!bgaurant omi_a300'and so on.. but how could I get these gauges back as they should be, functioning and displaying correctly? I have the 'a3bgtv32' 2007 update to the original FS2004 version of the gauge installed.Thanks,Martin.. BTW, in the last screenshot, the Yaw Dampers and Pitch Trim switches don't show (the black area), but they do work when you click there. And of course the 'rudder travel' shouldn't be orange like that ..

Disabling instruments is a bad solution, cause they can be indispensable to conduct a safe flight. The only way I've found to have all the instrument displayed is just to resize manually every affected subpanel, just bring the panel side and drag it to reduce the dimension.Regards, Andrea

In the end I couldn't get this to work. Gone back to another panel.. life's too short! Thanks,Martin
