MRAI AI Traffic Installer v.1.24

Featured Replies

I've only just started using the "Most Realistic AI" Flightplan Installer/Wizard v.1.24). I thought the use would be intuitive, but it isn't: makes me feel totally stupid!!I have Googled for an MRAI help file & looked on the MRAI site but can find nothing. Is there a help file/user guide somewhere? I know it's not all that complex, but I don't know, for instance, what the checkbox ("Use fixed arrival, '@'") is. What's a "Special livery data file"? And when I come to the part where I have to associate an existing AI a/c with the downloaded flight plan, MRAI only finds my flyable FS9 a/c mdl files (PMDG etc.), not those for my AI a/c, even though the AI folders are all there in the FS9/Aircraft folder. Do I have to use the 'Install new texture' tab? - but the AI textures are already installed in FS9. I don't get it. It looks a useful programme by why no explanations?I would really appreciate a link to a 'user guide', or someone to give me a step-by-step explanation - assuming the time and inclination!!Many thanks in advance,MartinOMG, as you were folks!! The 'documentation.htm' file ended up in the Recycle Bin somehow (what did I do??). I'll have another go - though still not sure as yet why the installer is selecting my flyable a/c and not the AI ones..Martin

I gave up and went away for an hour or two. Came back and tried again. Now MRAI finds my AI a/c - no idea why, I did nothing different this time.Well, bgl files generated so I'll look out for new aircraft..M.
