Recommended Posts

My Bonanza's Nav and Strobe lights seem to have stopped working using the correct buttons etc....any ideas why this would be?

Nobody?? :(
Naki,Dis you recently install a re-paint set from the Ozx site?I did, it was installed via an installer .exe which changed a couple things, including my aircraft.cfg without creating a back-up. I remember no warnings before the .exe install did any of this. One of those things changed was the whole lighting section of the aircraft.cfg with shockwave entries 9which is a payware 3rd party lighting set of lights which I do not own). Luckily I had a back-up of the installation, so figured it out and replaced the lighting section back to the defaults. These are nice re-paints, but I would really appreciate if third-party designers did not do this without either backing up what their are 'doing for you', let alone not warn you before doing so. Not good.

No not DX10 ..Im in DX9...Ahhh thanks Bkeske I did recently install the HD OZx repaint which would explain the issue. Glad it wasnt a Carenado problem. I will deinstall the Bonanza and reinstall it without the OZx repaints which should fix it. I will make a back up next time if I reinstall the OZ x repaints. Once again thanks for your help :( CheersPaul
