Hi, I was wandering if anyone can help me. After I downloaded the file for the installer, I open the file and then I click on the application to run the softwear. after that I get a messege that says, "Installation cannot continue. Your registry does not show a valid FS9 Installatioin location." Did anyone else have this problem? I am useing Windows Vista. Please HELP!!!

First make sure the installer is run with its property set to run as administrator and also if necessary you should be logged in with admin privileges. If it still does not work proceed with the following.To check and repair the registry for your FS9 path run the free registry checker "FSX/FS9 Registry Repair Tool (36KB)" from this library also with admin privileges:http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=libraryAfter your install get the latest updated version of FSUIPC (no fee necessary) from http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html . The new FSUIPC installer looks now to the registry first. Again run the installer as an admin. Your PMDG install may not have the current FSUIPC and that also can cause the version message.
