September 18, 201015 yr Hi guys,I find that the spoilers on my Posy a340-200/300/600 do not deploy. I have observed the aircraft on the ground , idle thrust and reverse thrust engaged.......no spoilers.Somebody suggested that spoilers could not be activated until reverse thrust had been engaged. This may be a limit of the model but is not true in real life. From the inside if I select spoilers it goes to armed but if then deploy the spoiler it returns to neutral. The system I used works on all my considerable models, where appropriate, including other Posky models.Any help or comments please.Dave
September 19, 201015 yr Hello,If you can't solve the prob .. you can use this gauge: FS2004 (ACOF) - FS2004 PanelsFS2004 Gauge--Airspeed Reduction Monitor[ Download | View ]Name: arm_1.zip Size: 112,382 Date: 03-14-2006 Downloads: 1,161FS2004 Gauge--Airspeed Reduction Monitor (ARM). This small, but fully animated gauge arms the spoilers and reverse thrusters so both deploy upon landing. The gauge does not extend spoilers or activate reverse thrusters until the nose wheel is safely on the runway. This overcomes the pitch-up tendency in some jets caused when the spoilers deploy as soon as the main gear touches down. As IAS decreases to preset limits, r/thrusters auto-deactivate followed later by spoiler retraction. By Glenn Copeland. Even it's for twin jet engines .. the spoilers auto will work on a fourth jet engines (only arm the spoilers)BTW I modified it (personnal usage) for also have the auto reverse for fourth jet engines ...Work fine on all the Posky fourth jet engines and other twin jet engines of course .....Regards.Gus.

A "must have" for me. :( :( :(
