Hi all!I hav bouth the B1900D and the J41 from the PMDG store (i might like props:biggrin: ). Anyway, I downloaded each product about two times, then my computer crashed. I went online to re-download my planes, and it said that I could not. Why not? I heard something about extended download service, but how much does it cost, and where can I get it? I am especially bummed becouse I just got a brand-new gaming laptop with the new i7 core in it which runs FSX like a dream! Well, thanks for any help!Mahmoud Nofal

Hello Mahmoud,you will have a lot of fun with the J41, she is amazing. The download links that come with your inital purchase will expire after a week or so, maybe earlier.You can purchase the extended download through the shop on PMDG's website. Just go to www.precisionmanuals.com, click on Shop and select "Extended Download Service" from the list. The cost is about 5$ for each plane. It will grant you downloads for 1 year.
