October 7, 201015 yr Commercial Member I read this NTSB report a few years back and found it again today, If you only read one part then have a look at the CVR transcript, it's pretty sad reading it but also shocking the way the crew behaved up until things started going wrong, it honestly seems like two teenage kids messing around with a default aircraft in FS. The basics are they were performing a ferry flight so decided to take the aircraft up to it's maximum altitude and join the 410 club using V/S! despite that fact that the aircraft was struggling they left it to climb to FL410 and when the stall protection kicked in they tried to override it 4 times!
