Gentlemen,I have greatly enjoyed my TH2G system with three monitors. At the moment, I am using an ATI 4870/512 video card. Will something newer or with more memory help with framerates?

Yes for sure!! I upgraded from a 4580 to my GTX470 and I saw an improvement of 10FP/s in big cites and 30FP/S when flying around in the country.Get a GTX460 for around 230$ you wont be disapointed!
