Starting MSFS 2024 isn't the problem. I read that you need to Start 2024 from within Steam to connect OpenXR.

Do to needing OpenXR, it seems I need to start FS2024 from Steam yet I bought it early from the Store. Is there a work around?

I bought MSFS2024 directly from the Microsoft website. I used my usual login. When I try and purchase a plane from the marketplace, I am told I need to use the same login for the MS store as the XBOX login. I'm lost. How do I fix this?

I've got 2024 running well and Steam VR working well. Recently, I bought SimXR. Apparently it requires Virtual Desktop to work. I've purchased VD through Meta and also installed the desktop version. Now what sequence do I use to get everything started appropriately? Do I still use Steam? Do I have to manually start Virtual Desktop on the PC first? At what point during this do I start 2024? How do all the components work together? Much I am clueless on. Thanks.

I have installed SimXR, checked and configured passthrough. I start FS2024, open a SimXR window, develop a window but passthrough isn't working. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously the SDK is online but is there a file on my computer I can access to print this out and what folder is it in?

When I go to Marketplace and select an aircraft that I want to buy, I get a message that I need to use the same Microsoft login as when I bought the sim. When I load and login at Microsoft all works but sim still locks me out. Suggestions please?

Bill, I found the desired aircraft, checked the box and selected it. The install button appeared, I selected it and restarted the computer yet selected aircraft is not available. One note: It is when I press the disable button that this all happens. No install button is available.

In my case selecting the not installed box and then finding the aircraft I want and chkg that box does nothing.

SimXR instructions say to use Virtual Desktop passthrough feature. Is that a separate utility or is it a part of the Quest 3? If part of the Quest 3, how does one get to configure?

I bought the Premium Deluxe version of MSFS 2024 so I could specifically get the Longitude. Premium Deluxe offerings are a no show. When I go to the library, I can find the Longitude, click the box without success. What am I missing to enable an aircraft not already available?

I've about wore the Library out trying many avenues to get Premium Deluxe aircraft that I paid for. Premium Deluxe is in the disabled but when I click it to enable, then restart, no progress. Ideas?

I have had an ongoing problem trying to access any of the extra aircraft with Premium Deluxe. Specifically, the Citation Longitude. I pull up the library and search Longitude. It displays "Basic Package". When I expand it and find the Longitude, I make sure it and some liveries are checked and save & exit. Still when I want to start a flight it is not available. What process or steps am I missing?

All I show is Base-Content. Longitude msg indicates I need FS-Base-Aircraft-Common. I show nothing but base-content yet I paid for the Premium Deluxe. Frustrating! I find it and check the box yet nothing when I try and select it for a flight.

KevinS137, I have looked in the library for grayed drop downs until I'm exhausted with no luck. All I see in the Library is scenery. Nothing grayed out. Appreciate the note though.

Polosim, Thanks but my 2024 installation doesn't have enough birds to miss that plus with 10,000 hours in real world business jets, and 3,000 hours in Citations, I can pick a Citation out on sight. I've been through the entire list and no Citation Longitude (C700).

Still frustrated. One reason I paid extra to get Premium Deluxe was to get the Citation Longitude. It is one of the Premium Deluxe birds. After installation only basic acft show up. I turned off anti-virus and scans and reinstalled still with no luck. Suggestions needed. Longitude has Garmin Avionics similar to the Lear 75 I fly in real life.
