Seriously stuck

Hithere I recently purchased a new Cyborg X and it has been working fine up until an odd and complicated issue I came across with my system recently. I managed to get my system running again after no reinstall of windows however now no matter what I try my Cyborg X is not recognised in the game controllers section on the control panel. I have two devices showing up in the device manager 1. Cyborg X (HID) with a yellow exclamation next to it2. Cyborg X (USB)I also have the Saitek magic keyboard and mouse drivers appearing in the device manager (these were installed with the stick)However neither Fsx or Windows will recognise my new stick.The warning I recieve next to the yellow exclamation is "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)"Please any help is appreciated and I am unable to fly until this is resolved.Thanks alotRichy
