September 14, 200322 yr Complain DIRECTLY to Microsoft customer support with a CC to Microsoft sales.They need to know about messups like this (stronger words would get censored :-lol).If you only rant here they'll never find out, and it will continue to happen.
September 14, 200322 yr That is true - ranting is just a release with little gain if any.I feel a little selfish having done it here.As I imagine with everyone our responses to customer service mistakesor lack of service fall into one of the following depending on mood and severity...1. Ignore it and move on.2. Rant to someone.3. Deal with the party involved.4. Don't deal with the party simply cease to patronize them.5. engage in a vice.At times I have done all 5 successfully at one time or another.I will probably call the contact # on Monday - except that would be during my work hours which would be an inconvience.Rant Over ( at least my contribution to the thread )Thanks,Myles
