Arrestor Cables in FS2004?

Featured Replies

Will the FS2002 version of Arrestor Cables work in FS2004? I was able to get the carriers into FS2004 OK. They look pretty good. Thanks, reagrds, Bob.

I'm not an expert on the subject but I'll try to help. The original free arrestor-cables will not be updated as it is now licensed exclusively by Abacus Software, and included with the Flight Deck III product (I good product in my opinion). They recently released a FS2004 update to this product, which among other things included the changes to handle the FSUIPC registration needed by commercial products like the arrestor-cables program. So I am guessing that if you want to use arrestor cables for FS2004, you will have to buy Flight Deck III (or get the upgrade if you have already purchased it) and make sure you have the latest FSUIPC.
