Ultimate Traffic - FS2004

Featured Replies

Any word on when a patch will be out for this to work in FS2004?

http://dcforum.simforums.com/dcforum/DCForumID1/1163.htmlIt seems that release is finally getting closer. Tom was waiting for some TTools compiler code which he needed to finish the product, and he finally got it a few days ago. But there is still no release date AFAIK.Just my 2c (EUR),VOlker :]

We should have a quick run thru with the Beta Testers and go gold....Not much longer!!http://fsgateway.com/frank/fs9paibeta.jpg

don't hold your breath :-roll :-roll

My concern with using AI addons like UT is that if you add all the additional traffic, FS ATC will break down and not be able to handle it.. It can't sequence two or three A/I A/C in the pattern, let alone 10 or 20 or 50 at one time. What about on the ground? I have been faced off with just a few planes and FS ATC gets hung up. Imagine what would happen with 30 planes taxiing at one time.Sorry to burst bubbles, but I think UT will overload FS 2004 ATC to the point where it will be unusable.. Which takes a lot of the realism out of the Flight Sim Experience.Barry
