That's not really a bad FPS for your box. However, there are a ton of things that influence FPS you don't mention here. Where you are flying fromWhat plane you are flyingWhat time of daywhat addon scenery/mesh you might have runningWater slider positionCloud slider positionMesh terrain slider positionReflection on or offAutogen densityATC traffic leveletc.etc.etc.Any of these can significantly affect FPS by themselves. In certain combinations they can bring just about any system to its knees. We need more info in order to help.Incidently I run FS2002 on the following antiquated system very comfortably. I have tons of visual stuff installed to support my "Low and Slow" flying habits. Dell XT500 P3 500Mhz (circa June 1999)640Mb ramGeForce 2 Ultra with 64Mb on board memory Racartronit means something, but I just can't remember what

Hi Racartron,In a few words, all settings in FS are HIGH, with a default plane >Where you are flying from-Local near SBSP>What plane you are flying-Learjet>What time of day-About 4:30 PM>what addon scenery/mesh you might have running-no one>Water slider position-No set>Cloud slider position-no clouds>Mesh terrain slider position-HIGH>Reflection on or off-ON>Autogen density-HIGH>ATC traffic level-no ATC traffic>etc.-maybe HIGH :)>>We need more info in order to help.>>Incidently I run FS2002 on the following antiquated system>very comfortably. Hi Ricardo, This is the perfect exemple on how fs2002 was performing with all fs2002 slider to right at the release, you have the similar high end market system availability when fs2002 was released.Reduce slider and other things to get higher FPS, do not expect to run it at full slider. With my system Intel 2.53 GHZ gforce 4 Ti4200 128 MB 8X, I get 30 fps at meigs with one layer of cumulus clouds no AA, all fs2002 to right.ThanksChris Willis[link:fsw.simflight.com/FSWMenuFsSim.html]Clouds And Addons For MsFs
