Hello, I have recently got a new computer. I purchased PMDG 747x along with the Extended download option. How do I go about re-installing the software on my new machine. From Precision Manuals it says the link has no expired. No response from Precision yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

I submitted a support request on their website. They then verified that I purchased the extended download service, and sent me a new link. Cheers,Ethan Rayhorn

I've never understood why people don't just copy the installer onto a CD and store it with the order info. It only takes a minute. The extended download is good too, but then you wouldn't have to wait for them to help you unless when you re-activate you get an error message.
