what comes to mind right now:- Fix (implement rather) smooth visibility, wind and clouds transition- ATC to give clearance for STAR and IAP approaches- ALL runways should be available for arrivals and departures- Complete WX reports or ATIS long BEFORE being in the arrival sector

Yeah, but remember, this sim was of Italy only - FS9 is the whole world.
