I purchased the A340 and noticed an error. I checked their forum and didn't see a single post on the issue so I posted. Next time I checked there was an official post asking us to check the forum first because there were 51 posts on the subject I posted about!Reason 1 is delay to posts.I have since posted 2 posts about a serious issue with the A340. None of them have appeared AND this issue is not in an official 'bugs' post.Reason 2 is posts not appearing and issues not being answered.Simple response, people post here.Ray Keattch
