My first instinct would be to uninstall any game controller devices. It sounds like a false input.Speed.

try going to the menu, views, view options, and in the cockpit find Directional view and selcting look ahead. or for the VC, do the same. With spot, find the red line and roate it as wanted and set distance and altitude of the view as desiered.
