Hi Guys,After reinstalling RC4.3, I have requested and received my new activation code. Having pasted it into the registration window, it does the previously mentioned waiting then closing. On restart it appears again to ask for my code.I have tried adding/removing spaces, typing/pasting, removing the "-" from the the product code and replacing it. None seems to work.Bit of a nightmare really!Hope you can help

are you running rc as admin? have to do it every time you run rc.send me the registration screen, with the product id, and the key pasted in, make sure i can see both of them in the screen shot. both key requests you sent, were for the product id 657420955 that key is HNDECQGGOLFQHPODMPLHAOEKDFGJHMFNif there is a minus sign on the product id on the registration screen, you can't remove it, and then paste in HNDECQGGOLFQHPODMPLHAOEKDFGJHMFNthe key for -657420955 is JIJJCFKIGDKHOCLNGPEBMGCIOKGQNAIOis rc and fs on the same machine?jd
