Overclock your i5 to 4GHz if you can. And yes get a new card, either wait half a month for the ATi 5900s and Nvdia 580 cards to come out and see if the other prices drop. or if your eagar the GTX470 is only 250$

well problem is that my budget isnt that high...250$ for a video card.. dont know if i need to pay money for overclocking?

That's the best you'll get. We can't give you a step by step guide because even if bob and jim have identical systems, their bios settings will most likely vary. Follow that guide. Overclocking is all about testing, it's bot something you click a few buttons and you're done. It requires patience and determination.
