Yes. I am currently running both on my computer without any problems. Though I probably will be deleting FS2002 soon.Rob

Yes.Just make sure when you install them, that they end up in different sub directories. I installed fs2004, then I wanted to put 2002 back on, and during install the default install directory was the fs9 directory! I almost didn't pay attention and that would have caused some serious problems.
