FS9 Lrop scenery import to fsx

Featured Replies

Hey all, I was just wondering (Im sure this has been brought up before) Ive been fiddling with fs9 LROP 2009 scenery which after installing looks ok from close but from far I get it grayed out. Would anyone know how to fix this, the scenery is designed for fs9 apparently it also works in fsx. I have my sliders set to very dense (without issue normally). This is what I get (Screenshots below)If anyone knows of any way to adapt these issues to fsx or some converter that may do the trick your input is highly appreciated. Thanks and happy flying!!

You should delete the corresponding BGL file that corresponds with that of the textures, delete the tarmac texture files and replace with either default or other third party ground textures to allow it to work. I suppose that doing so while remapping the scenery in Gmax with an alternative texture wouldn't hurt, though. Because most of my Indonesian sceneries used default textures these FS9 sceneries ran well with FSX. The airport that looked flawless however, was this Husein Sastranegara scenery by Andon Rudiyanto that I've used in FSX for military airshows so far: Airport Husein Sastranegara - Bandung (WIIB - BND) Version Beta 3.0 - Sangat bersahabat dengan si FPS (Very FPS Friendly)Dave.
