Just downloaded Tinmouse 737, outstanding panel! Everything works great except for DME readout on RMI and HSI doesn't display. I have the switch in the center on nav panel. What am i doing wrong, can anyone help? Thanks. Zeke439

Make sure the Nav/Rad switch next to the HSI is in NAV. It sounds like the distance readouts are slaved to the LNAV.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

Which LNAV is that, Bob?

The FS GPS, the CIVA INS (if installed), or the ISG FMS (if installed). That said, after re-reading the OP, I note that the RMI DME should not be affected, just the distance readout in the HSI.If the RMI DME indicator is not indicating (assuming the acft is powered and the busses are in a normal config, and there's a valid VOR DME station tuned) then perhaps try starting over with a default C172 and make sure the Avionics Master Switch is on before switching to the 'mouse.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

Hi Bob,I tried starting out with the C 172, made sure the Avionics switch was on. Changed over to the Tin Mouse 737 and still nothing, the only way i can get the DME to come upon the HSI is if i toggle the Nav/Rad and program the GPS.Brent

Hi Brent,Apologies if this is too obvious, but have you confirmed that the switches on the Nav radios are on DME, not STBY?Rob (still trying to figure out my INS -> HSI issue...) Wilkinson

Here on AVSIM. The links are posted in the FAQ in this forum. One other thought...please ensure that you are using the registered version of FSUIPC...I made changes to the DME code in the last version that requires it, in order to eliminate some slow update behavior.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO
