EPWA X project 2010

Featured Replies

Downloaded and installed the EPWA X project 2010 from the file library and installed it with no problems. Awesome scenery for freeware! However, neither of the ILS frequencies work for runways 11 or 33. Disabled the scenery in my scenery library (FSX) to go back to the very drab default and my aircraft picks them up just fine. Anyone else experience this? This is a head scratcher...

Generally for scenery that isn't working right I recommend using the main FSX forum, as you get more users there.I downloaded the EPWA X 2010 file and took a look. For some reason the author changed the frequencies of the ILS from 109.9 to 109.95 and from 110.3 to 110.35. The DMEs were also moved from the stock (correct) location of the glideslope antennas to the localizers. Also, all the VORDME approaches were removed I assume by oversight. While at it, I looked at the scenery objects and noticed some missing textures:shodki_lm.bmphanger2_lm_lm.bmpzero.bmpI did note that there is a hanger2_lm.bmp and so I made a copy that I renamed to hanger2_lm_lm.bmp so that one is fixable. I didn't figure out exactly what the zero.bmp texture was for, so that may not be an issue. Also I see thee are some "safe gate" systems and I didn't check to see if those are working. The "AFCAD" issues can be solved with ADEX.scott s..
