FSX SP2ASE B640FSUIPC4 registeredI had sent HiFi an email on this recently when using B638. I was hoping that B640 would cure the problem but, alas it didn't. Specifically, approximately2/3 or more into my flight, I lose all the wx. The winds aloft become calm and any clouds in the area disappear. This despite the local METAR stating clouds, and winds aloft at my altitude, are present. This happened today on a flight to KJAC and previously on another flight the other day. I did find a "solution" for this, which is to shut down ASE, and then reload it. This immediately restores the correct wx back into FSX. The good news is that once the wx is restored, it's depicted accurately by FSX for the remainder of the flight. Admittedly, this is not a great solution since it requires pausing FSX in order to close down ASE and reload it. I don't know if this is an ASE problem or an FSX problem. If anyone knows of a better fix, please advise. Thanks.

Hello,I have the same issue, even with FSUIPC Beta 6.434 installed and Build 640 for ASE. When I start a flight, weather his like the report says, at least 90 % of the time. After 10 or 15 minutes of flight, wheater is starting to clear little by little, clouds are vanishing and sky is becoming clear almost every where. After 20 minutes i can't see many clouds in the sky even if the report says overcast or broken. if it's raining or snowing, I still have the rain or snow but with no clouds at all. Very annoying. I have to go to ASE and close it and restart it, then weather is ok again, for next 10 or 15 minutes. Also when I change mode, from Standard to Smooth clouds or DWC, weather is coming back ok, and disappear again after few minutes. That's my problem since the three last build installed. And that's why each time I stop using ASE waiting for next build and hoping for improvement, but nothing changes. Do you have any idea where this issue is coming from.Thanks.Alain
