October 19, 200322 yr Is the dreamfleet C177 compatible with FS2004 or do I need a patch or some tweaking....I really miss this plane to fly...Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://www.emotipad.com/emoticons/Flying.gif"A Bad Day At The Field Is Still Better Then A Good Day At Work"
October 19, 200322 yr Howdy Rob,The C177 from Dreamfleet works and flies well in FS2004.The virtual cockpit is not clickable but everything works like it does in FS2002. Be aware that when you start FS2004 you will get an error message saying that C177 NJ2.dll is possibly incompatible and do you want to load this software. Just click yes you want to load it and all will be well. If you click No then of course the Cardinal will not be available.I still use the Cardinal as my default aircraft in FS2004. Donald E. October 19, 200322 yr You should backup your gps_export.dll before you install the panel and replace it afterwards in case it had been overwritten, and exchange the custom GPS for either the default GPS or a more advanced instrument (Reality XP Apollo GL50 in the pics). Then delete the *.dllhttp://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...7206625390c.jpg http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...7a666771a39.jpg http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...99c67edad65.jpg
October 19, 200322 yr Thanks guys much appreciated....Uwe I thought that the Apollo package was to be patched for FS2004? Or am I wrong... Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://www.emotipad.com/emoticons/Flying.gif"A Bad Day At The Field Is Still Better Then A Good Day At Work"
