747-8 Panel issues

I'm having trouble with the 747-8i panel views. The fmc#1 view doesn't function. I'm unable to get the CDU buttons to work. Occasionally when I can press a button,it changes the PFD display and turns on the airport display as if I activated that button on the display select panel. Also, the FO panel will not zoom out far enough to be of any use.Thanks. Pete Locascio
