I am sure someone posted an answer some time back Uwe but I can't remember the details.I am sure he said he could sit in another players' cockpit when joining a session as observer because I thought that would be neat when teaching a new pilot how to fly.Maybe though you only see the same view as the 'other pilot'Perhaps a search for 'observer' in this forum or the vatsim forum will turn something up.One way to do what you want is with Wideview but I'm not sure if that works for FS9 yet.Another option is to get VNC, that lets you 'see' another PC and take control of it, but again you only get the same view that is already on the PC and I have no idea what impact on frame rates VNC will have.http://www.realvnc.com/Best of luck.
