November 28, 201015 yr I would like to add ap altitude hold to Ant's Tiger Moth.I like keeping it level but it would be nice to be lazy sometimes.I copied the radio stack etc from C172 but AP won't turn on when I hit the switch.Any suggestions?Thanks,Ron Bring back Chief Illiniwek!University of Illinois.
November 28, 201015 yr I would think you would have to add an electrical and avionics bus to the a/c cfg. in order to get the autopilot to work. November 28, 201015 yr Hey,Ron....Look in your aircraft.cfg for an [autopilot] section...Should look like this..[autopilot]autopilot_available=1flight_director_available=1default_vertical_speed=1800autothrottle_available=1autothrottle_arming_required=1autothrottle_max_rpm = 90autothrottle_takeoff_ga=1Will have more entries than this but you get the idea...Be sure that the "autopilot_available=1" is "1" (0=off,1=on) HTH..Lou N1472Q C172P N97674 PPL SEL Complex High Performance
