I dont want to pay the most expensive card. Specially if its just a slight performance gain..My FS is locked on FSP 30. Mainly flying big airliners. (Fokker,767,747,737,320) and have lots of addon airports German Airports.. etc and AI trafficand would like to enjoy it nice and smooth but i am not hunting for high frames but nice enjoyable experience.. I almost have that in FS9 with my existing card with everything maxed out almost, but i would like to upgrade to FSX. Thanx

Go with the 470. With your system, the more expensive cards will not give you enough improvement to justify the price. The 470 is a very good card and comes pretty close to the 480.Vic
