I downloaded a Swiss Air Lines CSI A319, overall its a pretty good plane but it only has landing lights and taxi lights. Does anyone know how to get the other lights to work? What do I have to change in the light section of the aircraft cfg file?

The lights are mis named. Open a cfg of a default plane look at names in light section and ya can simply copy paste the correct names to make em work. Not hard to get right ones, names are simular.
