HiI installed FSX recently after moving up from FS9.I used to FS9 run in windowed mode. Reason?- I ran FSCommander on my second monitor, which requires FS9 to be in windowed mode.Over the years I got used to this mode. It also helps with fps.I tried FSX in windowed mode. BTW, just that increased my fps by 30%!However the menu bar on top is still visible. In FS9 it was not, making the view look fuller.I there to disable the top meny bar in FSX windowed mode?Eytan

Press and hold the ALT key for a few seconds, should turn the menu bar off.Tim
