Compared these two newer offerings in four different flight sims.FS9FSXFlaming Cliffs2DCS A10 beta2The whole lot :-)The FS9 test flight was an overcast morning takeoff from RWY26 at Aerosoft's "Approaching Innsbruck". Full right sliders. Thunderstorms with rain all the way to the surrounding mountain tops.The FSX test flight was a mid-day takoff from Orbx's YSCB RWY 34 with settings in FSX as recommended by Orbx for the PNW add-on. 100% traffic. Cloud setting was Orbx set #4)The DCSA10 test flight was an overcast rainy day takeoff of a four-flight of A10s that went into a thick cloud layer at 1500mThe FC2 test flight was a day 4Su27s vx 4F15s missile engagement that went from medium to close range missile engagements. Overcast 7 on FC2 scale (which is about average)Thin lines for the ASUS, thick lines for the PNYAsus P6T MB, 6GB of 1400MHz DDR3, Vista 64 Business i7 920 aircooled at 3.65 GHzHope this helps somebody make an informed decision.

December 21, 201015 yr Author FSX runs include the FSPS FSX Bosster software ( I find it works great) that does have Bojote's shaders turned on.
