Also, I don't know why the PMDG chart shows up to 73,000 lbs of fuel since this is way above the max fuel capacity of the aircraft. If you play with PMDG's load manager (among other tools and documents), you'll see that max fuel load is around 46,000 lbs. Bruno
Maybe PMDG was looking at VIP/Military versions with the extra tanks. I doubt there are any B737s in regular airline service with anything beyond the 2 main and 1 center tanks.
