Speed Restrictions Eased

Hi jd and all testers,A growing trend in European airspace is that at lots of major airports all aircraft are being allowed faster climd speeds below 10000ft/FL10.The Atc are usually releasing the aircraft between 5000-6000ft however in Amsterdam I have noticed speed increasing after 4500ft.At this stage is it possible that this can be incorporated into V5.Norman
