No Panels On Start Up!

Recommended Posts

It has been a while since i have done anything with the queen of the Sky (been having too much fun with MD-11), so wanting to refresh myself with the 747 thought i would ease into it with the training flights, at the FSX start up screen i bring up 747 (i have also 747-8 and fs-crew), load my favorite 747 place it on cargo ramp, everything fires up , then the 3 main glass panels go black and will not come on, (was trying cold and dark but nothing happens. Any ideas out there (a) what i am doing wrong or (:( am I missing something! Thanks in advanceDave Orr

Might mean you turned the power off. Did you make sure the "Gen Cont" switches on the overhead panel are on before you disconnected APU or external?

When I select the 747 from the start up menu, and it loads to selected airport the screens briefly come on showing me everything is there then it goes black with all systems running.Dave Orr

Sounds like a validation issue to me.. It might be worth a try to reinstall it and validate it again when prompted.
