Version 6 with Manchester (EGCC)

Featured Replies

Hi Guys.Anyone using vox atc with uk2000 scenery Manchester (EGCC). The problem i,m having is when traffic (Just traffic generated by vox) is using 05L for departures, hold short ok, lines up, does a 360 degree turn backtracks to Alpha does onother 360 then lines up and departs. This only happens to the traffic generated by vox, fsx traffic be it addon or default work fine. Before you some smart arse saying "don,t use it then" bearing in mind the ATC interacts with the traffic generated by vox and not with the other traffic.

I've seen this at the newer Gatwick as well. It could be due to the distance between the hold-short node and the actual start of the runway path or to the start node. I know that many scenery developers have pushed the boundaries of "what's possible" in order to bring better looking and functioning airports. Since VoxATC now substitutes its own AI aircraft routines, there's bound to be differences and "things not accounted for," between sceneries developed against stock AI and VA-AI and I accept that.I've thought to make some edits to the scenery files to see what might be the cause, but haven't gotten to that yet. I'm sure that the developer will hit upon a workaround, given time.
