A300 panel (a3bgt_20.zip) & FSNav 4.5

I have recently downloaded a new Airbus A300s panel from Avsim.com - a3bgt_20.zip. It's one of the most complicated panels I've ever seen, but I am getting to grips with it, slowly: on the whole it's pretty impressive so worth the effort (the manual runs to 26 pages!).Is there anyone here who is familiar with this panel and can answer me a couple of questions?1. Can I set the 'Fail' screen so that the option 'Easy Start' is always at 'yes'? Otherwise I have to go into this window every time and set this option manually - if you don't do it you can't start the engines! (Or can I even have the engines running at the start of the flight, as with all my other aircraft?).2. This is the one panel I have that seems to ignore FSNav flight plans: even when the 'Fly Plan' and 'Autopilot' buttons are set, the plane ignores FSNav and flies according to its own flight plan. (if it doesn't have one, it just goes in a straight line). Is this panel compatible with FSNav and if so how do I make it 'obey'?!Thanks!!Martin
