AES REMOTE PROBLEM HELP

Hi, I am tring to set my AES Remote to work on my network PC however I can not get it to work. I believe I am putting the right IP address in the right area. However I am not sure if it is even the right one. I am using a wireless router and the IP format is not the same as a regular IP. I have even turned off my firewall and anti-virus. Still no dice can anyone assist?

You should better ask in the Aerosoft forum. There you might get better results.
