January 9, 201115 yr I have a question with regards to sig banners and allowances with respect to size. On January 7, 2011 I tried to upload my banner which was approx 370x68 (under 20k in size) and received an error message stating the file was too large in size (limit of 400x68). I am well under the limit with respect to size, I know because I resized it several times to no avail.Having had a look through the Avsim forums I have found the following: This fellow has 4 banners: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/273358-pmdg-737-ngx-the-view-forward/page__view__findpost__p__17009372 of his banners are larger than the posted rules. So can someone tell me, did I miss the boat in getting my sig banner up before there was a change to the posting rules or what? For that matter why are there banners which are much larger than 400x68, I remember seeing one by aussie something or other that was over 800x300.So in the meantime I am stuck with a smaller banner, so I guess I have banner envy!! I uploaded my banner to PhotoBucket and inserted the [/img] code which seems to be the correct method.Any feedback would be appreciated... and don't make fun of my small banner \Robert Hamlich/
